How is the signing activity on Long Island?

I live in Las Vegas, and keep very busy with my assignments. My son who lives on Long Island was wondering how the activity is, he was considering looking into the business as a second income. Any responses would be appreciated so I can give him the heads up. Thanks in advance!!!!
