Identity Certificate

identity certificate on has the words

"sworn to and subscribed by the above affiant before me, the undersigned Notary Public on this ______________ Day of ______________, ______________ ..... Notary Public in and for ___________
County ______________
My commission expires;________________

With the new laws I am thinking this should have the new wording and I have a new stamp.
Opinions please..

What are you notarizing? The only thing that gets notarized are signatures. And you can't notarize you own signature.

These 'affidavits' are filled out but no one signs them and since no one signs them there is nothing to notarize. (PA excluded.)
