I've done two for them...
Natasha is super nice. The last one was about 3 weeks ago and I got paid within one week! I would take all that they could give me. The packets are super easy-maybe 50 pages.

Hi Cari,
My experience has been pretty similar to that of the other two posters. Go for it !!

They only contact you if someone is buying a timeshare close to your zip code.

Question then.
On the documents that they require to be witnessed for both customers. They state as a notary I can do one of them. But not both. What do you do for the 2nd witness. Thanks

I did one for them back in August, they met my fee and paid within 30 days. Small packages, they want fax back of every document that is notarized, signed or initialed. They do require two witnesses, and say that you can be one, I was not comfortable with that so I called borrowers and asked for two, they obliged. I would take anything that they send my way, but they do only contact you if there is someone in your zip code that bought a timeshare. Also, they do not leave a message, if you do not answer when they call they move on to someone else.

Re: Your Welocme Cari
They are good to work for. I would like more from them, I missed a call a couple of weeks ago, called them back in about 15 minutes but they already had someone else. They said they don't leave messages because they are on a tight schedule, and keep calling people until they book someone. Good luck.

Hi Brenda,
I recollect I have done two or three signings for Hilton over the course of the past six months or so. And I must say I sure don't remember anything at all about having to have any witnesses. Maybe that was a California type thing. My memory could have failed me though ....

Ted,
I don't beleive it is just a CA requirement, as Cari is in MO and they are requiring her to have the two witnesses. Hilton Grand Vacation Club is in Florida, and they say they do it there. I recently did a closing for a couple here that purchased property in Georgia, and they also required two witnesses. I beleive it may be common if for example a person in CA buys property outside of the state, and documents are signed in the state of CA instead of the state where the actual property is.
