Rarely, I have received $85 for one particular lender. I don't do many for them anymore, as their fees have been the same for more than 2 years, and their packages haven't gotten any smaller Great company for those starting out. YThey know their stuff, very pleasant, knowledgable, and pay timely. (20th of each month, I think)

they do pay more sometimes, you just have to ask, then say yes or no way!
