I agreed to do a signing for LFC yesterday for the "new" $60 fee. The borrower was literally 5 mins away from my house, dox delivered to the borrower directly, return fedex envelope included, I thought no big deal. My fax took a dump so I ended up having to go to Office Max and LFC needed like 10 pages faxed back. That cost me $10, so I ended up doing the signing for $50......not fun

Geez, must have been the week for faxes to "die" last week! I'm not fortunate enough to have a Staples, Kinko's or any other "big name" around me.. I had to go buy a new fax machine. Faxing back docs is a pain..and can be costly.
