Land Ameria...Geeeeeesss...what's up?

I've been doing a bunch of Washington Mutual Refi's for Land America. No problem meeting my fee. Today I get a call to do one in the next county w/edocs on Monday at 2:00p.m. Said no problem, my fee is $125. He said he can't pay that, would $75 be okay. I said sorry, but that county with e-docs is $125. He said he could go $100. I said sorry. He said he would have to find someone else. I said I understand (not really). Get another call from Land America for one in my home county on Monday at 2:00pm. I said I could do it and my fee for overnight docs is $75. She said she could only go $60. I said couldn't do it for $60. She said, "OOOOOkay, I guess I can pay $75 (they have always paid me $75 for that location). The first guy from Land America called back and asked if I could still his for $125. I told him I was doing one for them in another county at 2:00, could the time be changed. He said he would check. Never heard from him. Turned down another customer for that time slot. Get home and there is no confirmation for the one I agreed to at $75. We all know she found somebody cheaper. I have never had this problem with Land America before. What up?

I received a call from LA today. After we talked about fees, a confirmation was to be forthcoming. Never received it. Yet an hour or two later, rep called and said that she could not get edocs to me on 10-21 but at 930 am on Monday 10-24-05 for a closing at 11am of the same day. Still have not recvd confirmation....

She asked me what my concerns were in that my fees were high...I advised I have no concerns. These are my fees for edocs. Still have not recvd confirmation.

I'll let you know what happens on Monday.
