My first
no sign due to numbers on docs inconsistant with what borrower was told beforehand for the lenders Escrow Division. So here's my question-When it comes no signs and Escrow co's is it your experience to not recieve full fee? I looked this company and didn't find anything from them. I'll let you know if they do pay me fully.

If I make it as far as the signing table and review doc's with borrower it should be full fee. Of course some companies wont pay you full fee even if you complete the signing and the borrower cancels.

I always invoice my full fee in this situation.

Many do pay no matter what, but some do not. When dealing directly with title, escrow and lenders, be sure the payment policies are clear before accepting an assignment. Since many companies pay really well, the downside is that they only pay on funding. So, no funding, no pay. That's one risk working with the better paying companies.

Yes it is a risk but as you know it is one worth the taking if this becomes a regular client. We'll see what happens after I talk to them and invoice them. I'm just beginning to dive in to marketing TC's and lenders now that I've got some experience so we will see how it goes.

My first no-sign was not full fee.
I called the SS and they said they'd pay $75 for a no-sign, not my full fee, so I asked to do the signing when the docs were re-drawn - they agreed. As I received a check within 3 days of the no-sign, and booked the next signing, I had no problem with it.

Update the company is Emerald Home Loans Escrow division and they paid in full in 2 weeks. I did go out and take care of the signing upon redraw. I would gladly accept more work from this company.
