I thought surely someone would have replied to you by now..but, I guess not.
So, I guess by default that leaves me.
I used to do a ton of stuff for Nationwide Doc Prep...all Mortgage Investors Corp. loans out of Jacksonville, Fla.
I was always paid timely and then all of a sudden it dried up. I don't know if Nationwide Doc Prep found someone else to do them or they lost the contract, went out of business or what.
But, they left the radar screen owing me ZIP...
They treated me fine and I would work for them again in a minute.
Having said that I haven't done one for them in almost a year so a lot can happen.
But the "old" Nationwide Doc Prep that I did business with fine.
I just haven't had any recent experience.
