Nationwide Document Service, Reverse Mortgage Training File

Has anyone received an e-mail from Nationwide Docs with a PDF File for Reverse Mortgage Training? I received this file a few months ago and have never been able to open it up! I've opened so many PDF Files since then from other signing services, but not this one! If you have it and its functioning OK, could you please send it to me? Then at least I'll know if the problem is at my end.

I have not received the PDF file and do not know anything about it but wanted to ask you if you have done signings for this company. They seem to have a mixed rating at least here. I have a signing on Friday for them and was wondering if they pay on time. TIA

I have done several signings for them, they always pay the following 15th of the month.
