Notice to Closer
I was checking to see if anyone else has received the "Notice to Closer" from Settlement Corp/Titleserv. The notice states that they have been receiving negative feed back from some of their lenders/brokers regarding proper attire, personal hygiene, and professionalism.
My problem is that they should find out which closers the lender/brokers are talking about and deal with those closers. This shot gun approach is a catch all and everyone is presume guilty.

What attire are we suppose to be guilty of wearing?

They caught me wearing a bikini this summer. Now that is something to worry about.

The Top Ten things not to wear to a signing
10. Don't wear your attitude on your sleeve.
9. Don't wear your underwear on the outside.
8. Keep that Lucky Ham necklace at home.
7. The arrow-through-the-head gag is great for parties, but not for signings.
6. Your wife's makeup.
5. Anything with a "Brittney Spears" label on it.
4. Your "I'm with Stupid" tee-shirt.
3. Any gold jewelery necklace that weighs more than 5 pounds.
2. A colostomy bag. (Sorry.)
1. Nothing!
