OT - Need a new Maryland business bank

My local M&T Bank here in town benefited from me having an already established personal account of many years with them. However, I've become rather steamed by them since opening my business accounts:

A) For the second month in a row I've received large unexpected account fees. The first month was for $13 and the second for $15.50.

B) The manager took a long-winded customer from *behind* me in line recently and had me cooling my heels for 30 minutes while doing business with the other guy. When I confronted him about his service practice, he said he "didn't see me waiting." Sorry. So sorry.

C) The final straw was when they put my business checks into my personal account even though I used my business deposit slip, then denied they had anything to do with it, insisting that I must have used my personal account deposit slip. I double checked and found that my position was correct. This really alarmed me, especially if it had been escrow funds that shouldn't commingle.

So, I'm now looking for a new business banker. Any suggestions? It can be a regional or national bank, but I want one that others have had positive experiences doing business with, and not like these clowns.

I should add...

...They also set me up with the wrong business credit card, which I had to fix after the fact.

Also, the bank manager is nearing retirement and was asking me very pointed questions about doing signing agent business here locally, stating that he had been in the mortgage business for awhile in the early 90's and is looking for something with which to supplement his retirement income.

Mitch, I personally love Bank of America. They meet all of my needs. I have no monthly fees because I have a small direct deposit set up. I love the availability as well. For example, I was able to get cash in the Houston airport in between flights! No atm fees for using a different bank! The only reason I haven't moved our personal accounts is pure laziness!

Where in Maryland are you? I use Shore Bank, but they are only in Eastern Shore area.
