Ohio Closings....

Just relocated to Ohio, quick question on Ohio Dowry Laws...

Non-Borrowing spouse needs to sign all the legals
RTC, TIL, Trust Deed & Riders/Addendums etc...

What about the Survey Affidavit, All Inclusive Affidavit, or Compliance Affidavit?
I would say yes, but I want to clarify.

Thanks in advance

The required ones you mentioned are correct (it's Homestead Law in Ohio). The others vary by company.

So did you finally move to Columbus?

Sure enough, I relocated here about 2 months ago. Jumped thru the hoops ohio makes you go thru to get your notary....which is a plus, but in Indiana it took me all of 2 hours, from the time I got bonded to the time I drove to the state house and picked up my certificate lol.

Glad to working again, 2 months off was driving me crazy!
