Precision Abstract and Title

I'm in NY--Got a call last night from "Precision Abstract & Title" in upstate NY...can't find them in the "search" feature on this site...can anyone tell me about them? Are they good? Bad? Ugly? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanx so much!
