Printed docs and now they are revised 4 hours before signing

Should I charge for printing the docs? The signer told me they hadn't come to an agreement on the loan amount, I asked the signing company about this and he checked w/title company and said I have the docs now and they are ok. Now I get an email from the title company saying they are being revised and the closing is still today. Sooo, should I charge for printing 107 pages I'm not going to use? Thanks for any input.

Definitely charge a print fee. Call them before you print a second time to confirm the addtional fee.

I would definitely charge a print fee. Make sure to remember it on your invoice.

What is a reasonable fee? And I have to do this through the signing company; right? I've been doing this since May. Thanks!

I usually charge a $25 printing fee...unless it's a 1st and 2nd.

I charge $25 for the first 75 pages I print, then .20 for each additional page. If you keep a consistant price like this, I think it helps in situations like yours. Good luck!
