Re DiTech docs - A question about a statement that is in the

Docs. This is a in the closing instructions. It says: Please Note: Accommodation signings are not available... Does anyone know what they mean by "Accommodation signings"? I thought I would call them Monday and ask them but am curious if anyone out there knows. Thanks.

Accomodation signings are what WE do, to the best of my knowledge. That's funny.

I thought that's what we were too but there in bold type it says ...Florida... as one of the states that they list as a no no. Isn't this just the wierdest thing. thanks for your input.

I have done a few signings for DiTech they do not want the notary to go to the borrowers home. They prefer ask the borrower to meet the notary somewhere close. Library, Starbucks, Resturant (sp?) or the notary's home office.
