Select Signings is in Laguna Hills, they are all very nice people, Brian, Tiffany, Juan, Karf..and many others.
They normally pay $50.00 and pay net 60 days. They seem to have a big client base and can keep an agent busy if you can live with the terms stated above.
They pay $25.00 additional for e-docs and $25.00 for 2nd note.

Don't forget that they want you to fax all notarized pages for review before shipping the docs. I had the pleasure of doing an out of state sale for them only b/c the seller requested a Vietnamese speaking notary, me. That's the only time they were willing to cough up the fee otherwise, I can't touch them.

Yep...nice folks. So far, they are reasonable to work with and they met my fees recently. I'll take all I can from them. I did not have to fax back. I explained I did not have the time to do it at EOM.
