a quitclaim deed if I don't feel comfortable with the wording of the acknowledgment they attached as the second page? I have never seen an ack. written the way they have it in their pkg. (only on the QCD).

Anon, yes, you are the notary! If you haven't established that the language is conforming to your state...attach the acknowledgement you deem correct.
