Some hope for the future...

According to the MBA, mortgage apps are up this week for the first time in three weeks. Hopefully this, and the not-so-great news that the Fed will probably raise rates again when they meet on Nov. 1 will mean an increase in business as people look to lock in a fixed rate before they get higher. I'm bored to tears right now...
