Stupid newbie question
Hi there. I am a certified NSA and I just got my first call today. I don't have any experience with loan docs other than studying them from my books and such.
The lady that called is from Chicago Title and said they have an accomodation sign in my area.
What is an accomodation sign? Does that just mean that they are accomodating the borrower's by having a notary come to their home to sign the loan docs?
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I searched for it, but couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance for any information.
