The Crabby Borrower..Update

Got to the borrowers home and she was SO apoligetic! She told me she was SO sorry for being crabby last night. She said lo called her this am and she told lo that the SA was "very professional" on the phone. =phew=. (Thank you, Dunn & Bradstreet for teaching me good CS skills!) LO called while I was there and was very thankful I was professional with bo.
Closing was done in 20 minutes, and bo even gave some great recipes!
It DOES pay to be nice, nice, nice.. even though we may feel like yelling, screaming, and slamming down the phone sometimes. I know we don't get paid for being nice... but being nice helps pay the bills!
