TitleGal or someone. I have a lender telling me that the non-borrowing spouce signed an Interspoucal 11 months ago so to only have the nob sign the DOT. This doesn't make any sence to me.
In CA the nob has to sign the RTC, TIL, and HUD. Now if she signed an Interspoucal in the last 11 months why on earth would she sign only the DOT and not the others. I think I'm being told backwards what to do here. If there's an Interspoucal in effect shouldn't she be signing the RTC, TIL, and HUD and not sign the DOT.

I agree that she should not sign the DOT (in CA) if she's not obligated.
