TitleSearch USA


I got paid today from TitleSearch USA for a job I did months ago AND WAS ALREADY PAID FOR! I mean, it's great they're trying to correct their mistakes. I feel bad that they sent me another check for the same signing.

Guess I'll have to send it back....

I called them the other day about a signing I did 30th August and hadn't received payment for.
The guy I spoke to said they had been changing their system, and for some reason they didn't have me set up in their system. He asked how much they owed me, I told him and he said a check would go out at 5pm that evening. He wasn't joking - I got the check today!

Before you send the check back call them. I did a signing for a company that overpaid me $150. I called to let them know and they said to keep the check and just give them a credit on the next signing.

Yeah, Title search still owes me some money, so you can just endorse the check over to me, then I will deposit it and then if there is any overage transmit it to Titlesearchusa. LOL

No, by way of background, I have done two signings for them. i have been paid for one (although it sure took a while), and I presume I will be paid for the other in due course (whatever that means; I suppose it is time to start making some phone calls).

You stole my thunder! ;>) I was going to say the same thing - nearly exact same circumstances, including "time to start making some phone calls"! (Not just to Title Search.) I just made up a new list today. Uuuuuglyy!!! I'll be sending out some letters, too.

Reading your post and others gives me some hope, as I performed a signing for this company in July and have yet to be paid. I'll keep waiting.
