Does anyone have anything new on this company in regards to payment? I questioned them when they called and she said it was because people aren't sending in their W9'S ??
They didn't want to meet my fee so she said she would have to call me back.

They usually pay in 10-14 days. Never had payment problems. They usually pay $4.00 less than your asking price.

I have done a few for them and was always paid within 2 weks. They also met my fee (that might have been because they were up against a wall)

They pay on time for me. They are not the highest payers but they give me a lot of work in my own town so I can't complain and they always pay within 2-3 weeks depending on when the signing fell.

I have done lots of closing for them. Payment within a few weeks. They always meet my fee I charge. Great to work with !
