Transunion Settlement 50.00 closings

Anyone work with them. They are telling me my fees are to high.
That many closers in my area will close for $50.00. And that is why
I have not heard from them. When they were Atlantic Assurance I did tons of closings for them. When Transunion took over nothing. Has anyone been paid more
than 50.00 to close for them lately ??

I got paid more than 50.00 however it took me more than 90 days to collect payment and they already had a W-9 on file.

Also - I received payment between 15-24 days after the signings.

I've only been doing closings for them for the past 3 months and none of them have been for $50. They did offer that a couple of times but I just told them my fee and so far they've met it. Maybe they couldn't find someone for less. The last one was a week away so I'm guessing they don't do price shopping like some companies do cause I got the docs the next day.

Thanks for the information Leslie. I am sure they were trying to get me to lower my fees.
Unless it is under 20 miles. I don't walk out my door for less than 100.00.

For documents that are fed ex or ups I charge them $65.00 and for edocs I charge them $90.00. But getting them to pay you is another thing. Good Luck!!
