UGGGGGHHHH!!! Just need to vent a little

I've had 5 signings cancel on me this week! What is it? I've lost out on approx $700 this week alone! Either the docs are not ready in time or borrower changes their mind at the last minute.

So frustrating!

OK..I feel a little better now..

That's better than having to turn down pitiful paying signings because they want you to drive a couple of hours but only want to pay you like you were crossing the street.

Overbook!

I often overbook. If company docs are late or schedules change I still get everything done. I call the borrowers tell them their documents were late and we have to move back the appointment. Also, monitor your rates. Are the title companies switching to a cheaper notary at the last minute?
