Ugh!

Why is it not mentioned upon confirmation that you must fill out a book before payment??
This has happened to me twice this week, I do not mind filling out a few pages and faxing certain forms but I have spent an hour this morn on a full blown book!
I am making changes to some of these agreements due to the fact that I never agreed and I am curious if this will cause payment problems. Done venting, have a great day.

Wonder what they would do if we just faxed back the whole package instead of having to look for all those docs? I had one last night.

Not any more! I have already begun reviewing those who request a "book" to be faxed. I know I will lose some business, but I no longer allow these companies additional "free" services!

It usually takes 30 minutes to an hour to search, send and return the pages to the package. Is that fair to my other clients who DON"T ask for fax backs? No, and it isn't fair to me, either.

I'm sure I lost one today. This signing company wanted fax backs for a lender that I have done through other signing companies that didn't require it. I prefer my life simple and believe me it's a lot less stressful!
