Does anyone do closings for them? We are talking to them about a personal re-fi and they say AL is an attorney state for closings. I wonder why that is???

Wouldn't that mean that Wachovia wants an attorney to do the closing rather than a notary.

Of course that's what it means. They have a few of states set up that way, but we're not attny only. Just curious as to why.
