legal research

I am a paralegal, as well as, a SA. I can help my fellow SAs with research in thier states if needed. Findlaw.com is a free legal research site that can help people with little or no legal training.

I am also a paralegal. What state are you located? I am in West Virginia.

Kevin, That's a nice offer. Will there be takers? don't know...maybe you have not been hanging around here very long...but the usual concern is that a good many SAs would rather not get really intimiate with the notary rule book, much less the laws they are extracted from.

I have noticed that; and, I did another post about people getting fimiliar with notary laws a little while ago. So, Ithought I'd offer again. They should get fimiliar. Many states are revising notary statutes to include civil and criminal penalties.
