need advise

New in the business, am trying to be a witness in some documentation signings and wondering if that is necessary or can I just get accounts and start on my own. Who to begin with? What marketing ideas? I just recieved my notary stamp but do I need to be a signing agent as well?

Research, research, and research some more. IMO it is not enough to just have a notary commission to do this job. You must understand the documents to properly inform the borrowers of what they are signing. Use the search button on this forum. Bottom line is this... Do whatever is necessary to educate yourself about this profession before jumping in head first.
