IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Yesterday I sent out an announcement about the topic of tonight's Bankruptcy Forms Processing Teleconference. The topic I had originally announced that we would begin training on was Schedule B.

However, since I sent out that announcement, I have researched some important and crucial information about the new Bankruptcy Reform Law that will impact the schedules including Schedule B.

Therefore, before we can begin training on Schedule B, we must first understand how the new changes in the bankruptcy law will affect it.

I have decided to change the topic subject for tonight’s teleconference from Schedule B training to discussing some of the various changes in the new law. Next week (when the new updated Schedule B is released by the Federal Government) we can begin our training and learn under the NEW law versus the OLD law.

DON'T MISS THIS IMPORTANT MEETING!!

Very few people will be privy to the information I will present at tonight's teleconference. The information I will be sharing with you was obtained from sources such as the American Bankruptcy Institute, Nolo, Judges and Trustees who studied the new law as well as the new law itself.

Within the past few years, the general public has been bombarded with so many different rumors about the new bankruptcy law that some people actually believe the new law will make filing bankruptcy obsolete. But that is NOT TRUE. Several changes in the new law will actually be beneficial to the debtor and I will tell you about some of them in tonight's teleconference.

TO ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT MEETING:

Date: Tonight, October 11, 2005

Time of Meeting:
8:00 pm – Eastern Time Zone
7:00 pm – Central Time Zone
6:00 pm – Mountain Time Zone
5:00 pm – Pacific Time Zone

Call: 308-377-8200 and enter PIN: 519158# to automatically be connected. The teleconference will begin promptly and continue for 1 hour or more depending on the number of questions being asked.

If you are unable to attend, the teleconference will be recorded for listening to later through the secure Notary Club area.

Charm,
Just curious did you (or anyone reading this) attend this conference last night? If so, what was your impression/opinions/views. Are you (or anyone reading this) going to pursue this avenue of income? If you would rather respond by email...I believe you have my yahoo address. I am researching it further, looking for any feed back, positive or negative, that anyone has.
Thank you.

Re: new Bkrpty laws teleconference tonite-HDW

I had a signing last night that turned into a 2 hour ordeal and didn't make the call, I'm not interested but I get an occasional e-mail asking to post the info when I get it. I would have tuned in to hear some of the new laws.

Re: new Bkrpty laws teleconference tonite-HDW

My view of this is not favorable, according to an attornry website: www.lawyerinbluejeans.com there will be an initial rush to file before the deadline, after that there is a provision in the law that allows for the attorney representing the the person filing, to be sanctioned if the person filing does not tell the truth about his/her assets even though the attorney has no knowledge of the falsehood. What attorney will risk his law license to these possible sanctions?
