I have done signings with them, very nice folks and payment is within 30days. Just follow the directions and there should not be a problem.

Last year I worked for them and the price was $75, but be aware you have to make a copy of the documents to give the bwrs...like I said, it was last year. They paid fast and I liked working for them.

Latest package received from them says that they do pay $75 but they only pay $10 to print out edocs, including borrower's copy. It alludes to the fact that they do mostly overnight docs but that agents that can accept edocs will have the "opportunity for more assignments". Has anyone gotten them to pay more than $10 for edocs?

I got $25 for e-docs in August. Their packages run 80-100 page plus you make copies for borrowers. I've been paid around net 30.

Doing one on Friday for them - they are paying me an additional $25 for making the borrower copies.

I can say that I am not very thrilled about having to fax the docs (about 10 requested) back to a long distance number.

I will give them a try, though.

Did a signing for them on the 9/26 am waiting for payment. It really is to early. They did meet my price.
