A & M Closing Service -- Anyone know if they are......

a good company to work for and has anyone else paid the fee to work with them? I tried to do a search but either I am not skilled at that or there isn't anything.

Did a HELOC for them in June (6/24) - got a check within 2 weeks (check was cut 6/28). Pay was a little lower than I would normally take but package was small and BR lived within a couple of miles. As I recall, they were very pleasant people. I would work for them again.

The flip side....

Signing done in mid-July. Have made 3 calls about payment. Still waiting for payment.

I've done 3 loans for them and so far I have always been paid quickly and reasonably.
