I have done a couple of signings for her. It did take about 5 1/2 weeks to receive my check from her, but she does pay. When I called her regarding payment she did say that she had been running behind but I received my check 2 days later (as she promised). I would give her a call. She's a nice lady.

I did two jobs for her the end of Aug and still haven't been paid. I did talk to her and she said she'll get the ck/s out.....nothing so far. But she does seem nice. I had a signing I was supposed to do for her last night. Had the docs all printed ready to go and the borrowers cancelled two hrs before the signing time.
