It's just starting!!

EOM crunch is actually just starting for me. I do title closings on new purchases for a couple of builders and EOM is the last three days of the month. It follows immediately after "RTC'd" signings. So for the next three days, I'm in office doing closings as quickly as I can. So I can't say "Aaaahhhh!" until the first of next month.

Hi PAW,

I just got a call to handle a purchase this afternoon. Have not done many but luckily just the purchasers. But I must admit I never really associated the call with the end of the month at all. (Am aware, however, that there is no right to cancel with a purchase). Actually this just sort of happened , so I really didn't have much time to reflect upon its context.
