Help! I need to noterize a "limited power of Attorney" it states: the individuals who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged that____A_______ did examine and read the same and did sign the foregoing instrument, and the the same is___B ______ free act and deed. A would be borrower- B would be?

B = his, her, their

I believe this is correct.
