Afe they kidding?

Recieved a telephone call (from a company that I have worked for before) to do a closing 97 miles from me, with e-docs, in two hours.

I know that there has to be SA's in the county where the city is located, so my guess is that they didn't want to pay much. The couldn't pay me enough for e-docs and a 200 mile round trip signing, (not with gas still high) Go figure.

I had a company call me for a signing in another county, where I know there are several signing agents - I suggested to the scheduler that he might want to call a notary in that county, as I don't usually travel to that county, and that it would probably be less expensive to get a signing agent in that county than for me to travel there.
He called me back and asked me again if I would do the signing. I agreed, and he met my fee.

Heh, more power to you !! I would presume that the scheduler must have had for some reason or another a decent regard for the quality of your services.
