Andrews Signing Inc. out of Port St Lucie?

Had a call from Andrews Singing Inc. out of Port St Lucie, FL. I took the assignment and when the borrower wanted to postpone the appointment, I was asked if I would date the docs for the original meeting date. When I said I'd be dating them the day of the signing, they said they'd get back to me. I got a call back saying they would be redrawing the docs for next week, but I'm still concerned about their rep for paying. Has anyone done business with them?

Shelly, That one would be in my backyard (Port St. Lucie is one area I service regularly) and I've never heard of them. I appreciate your posting about them, though, as I certainly wouldn't be willing to backdate either.

I usually go on the "no news is good news" theory about SS, although I also trust my gut when someone calls me for a signing. If I don't like the way things are handled, I definitely don't take the job.
