Anyone heard of New Line Funding?

I haven't been able to find any messages relating to New Line Funding on any of the boards. Has anyone had experience with them? Their address listed on their website is 25950 ACERO St. Ste. 250, MISSION VIEJO, CA 92691.

I did one signing for a SS and the TC was New Line Funding. I am still waiting for payment for an early August job.
