I just had a call for a closing not in my area for $50.00 and the guy thought that the price was more than fair..These people are unbelievable...

Got one to top that.....I got a call yesterday to travel 30 miles 1 way and sign a 1st and 2nd for $75.00!!

I've turned down too many $50 jobs this week. I too wonder, who the heck likes working for peanuts? I'm fine with turning the work down, it frees up my schedule to take the $200 EOM closings. I hope my competition stays real busy busting their hump and burning up the roads for a measly fee. In the end, s/he will be unavailable to take the good jobs.

I've learned to love my competition. I got two jobs this week to fix stupid mistakes made by my competition.

I am with you. I have fixed 6 loans in the last 2 weeks from these cheap notary mistakes..You think that these companies would learn. I won't take these cheap fees.It is not worth my time.
