Borrowers in 2 different states.

I am curious to know if i need to do anything different. I am notarizing Borrower A signing here in Indiana. Once I am done I am overnighting documents to another notary in CA to have BOrrower B sign her side of documents. Is there anything I need to do different?

You shouldn't have to do anything different. Just notarize the signatures for your borrower with the proper acknowledgements for your state. The California notary will do the same.

I usually add "only" after the borrows name in the notorial wording. This prevents someone from adding Borrower B's name to your notorization.
