Brother HL 5140 w/ dual & elynx

It seems to choose the wrong size paper to print on at times in the same package. I am also curious about viewing, but it only allows me to print. Does anyone know a remedy? I am having no problem printing/viewing w/ adobe, other programs.

I have a 5040 & it does the same with some programs. Either print manually, or all on Legal (I've removed the letter-sized paper at times to force Legal-sized printing. In CT, I've never had a problem with rejected documents printed on all legal size. Sorry I can't be of more help.
