Buffalo Land Title

Hi all...can't seem to get signed in under my name (JMLionesse) so please forgive the "anonymous" listing...I received a call the other day from "Jessica" at "Buffalo Land Title" requesting information from me, such as my prices and counties covered, and she asked me to fax to her my E & O and cancellation policy...I looked this company up on Notary Rotary and can't find any info on them...does anyone know anything about them? Are they worth the effort or should they be avoided? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Got the same call. Claimed they found me on 123Notary.com. Problem, I'm not listed there!!

JMLionesse here, Thanx for the info, Don...they say they got me from 123 also, and just like you, I'm not listed there...hmmmm. Makes me wonder. Does anyone know if they are good to work for? I'm hesitant to add my listing to their data base since no one really seems to know anything about them...on the other hand, maybe I will, and I'll fill you all in on the details as I get them...

I was just contaced by them a little while ago and they said they are getting work in PA now. Anyone have any experience with them? Seems to me maybe they are new and building a database.
