Closing Agent ID

Help! I have processed two different signing packages where the Lender or Title Company has requested the Closing Agent ID. Is that the form in the package where the SA signs off on the Borrower's ID or do they want a form of ID from the SA?

If they want you to sign it as closing agent, cross thru (closing) change to (Signing)and initial.
