Copy of any document

i wondering how can i get a copy any document to keep a record of my journal when I sign POA or Living Trust or Will and etc.. I do i have to go to kinko or do it in place of business if you are mobile notary???

I am not sure that you are allowed to keep docs with private info.. CHeck your State laws
