Could someone please clarify the new modern journal......

I believe that it explains that you may have one line entry for all of the notarized documents in a total loan package and the Borrower/signer would only have to sign in your journal one time and you just check off the docs notarized and if they are A/J. If this is true, it surely would save time! What happens if the same loan docs have a Co-borrower/co-signer, do you just fill out the next line as the one above for all of the documents notarized and have them then sign on the line only the one time and should you make a note if it is husband and wife?

Thanks in advance for any help and clarification.

You're correct...

Each signer has their own line and you check off the docs notarizing for each person. So Simple! I love my MOJO.

Re: You're correct...

I have been using the MoJo for the past two months and it is very simple to use. I wish I had used it sooner. There boxes to check off each document and plenty of space for placing the time, date etc. required.

Yes, you got it. I do have each person their own line and all docs that person signed (sometimes one person might not have to sign a doc). I don't make note if husband or wife, but I do draw a line on the side to connect all parties for one signing. and the MoJo DOES save time. Smiley

Um...as I had to change my board alias once from CATitlegal to TitleGalCA (apparently several people thought it referenced a well endowed lady lawyer in the first name)...

I just have to ask about yours - are you "Bra's Ring" or "Brass Ring"?

What? A Bra's Ring, Bras Ring, or a mojo? LOL

A bra's ring -- at the local lingerie counter, a bras ring -- at the local carousel -- but a MoJo can be ordered right through Notary Rotary!

(Hope you have some laughs today.)

I am brasring meaning brass ring because my corporation that I used to have was Carousel Sales and Management. So, we always grab for the brass ring but when I got the E-mail that was apparently taken! :( So, just one "s".

Also, a company named Brass Ring is a very useful resource for Recruiters and HR professionals.
