Courtesy Closing Miami FL

Has anyone closed for this company? If so, please provide info as to payment time frame and fee's being met. I find it strange that they sent me an email from a hotmail account with a confirm for 75.00 when, I haven't even discussed my fee.

I have closed about twenty five closings with them and they pay about three days after the loan funds. Just call them and tell them your fee. They always accept mine. Have them resend a job request with the new fee written in. They are very nice and professional. I love to work for them.
