Darn VA forms

I knew that the VA Addendum to Uniform Residential Loan Application needed two signatures on one page. I knew it. I even told the borrower that. We searched and searched. Now, I get home and check the docs and sure enough-There is the 2nd signature line, blank as can be.

I'm sure it wasn't there an hour ago when we signed. I hate it when they just materialize out of no where!

Off I go for one damned signature.
