I am tired of trying to come up with an answer for this for all clients, as some are different then others. So I have decided that starting 01/01/06, I am going to charge a flat all inclusive fee and extend my coverage area to 200 miles RT. For the fee I have in mind, it will accommodate both my clients and I. This will eliminate any $50 SS. I am also considering a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled after I have confirmed the appointment time with the borrower(s). This will eliminate those companies that will cancell your signing just to give it to another SA that will do it cheaper.
