Has anybody worked for
Intregrated Real Estate? How are they to work with concerning pay and assignments? It seems to me that there are a lot of instructions and complications to work with them? Am I making a big thing of nothing?

They primarily handle H.F.C. and Beneficial loans. They contact you to accept the signing and you do it in their office. The branch will check the pkg before you leave. They pay twice a month. One of my favorites. They also request two years experience, the only reason they gave me my first assignment was because of my background. Good luck

The IREPs I do are thru NREIS and are not the in-office kind. I meet borrowers usually in a neutral location (IREP request), although sometimes they are in the borrower home. These are usually straight HELOCs without the video and manager oversight stuff that goes with the office ones.

Roger...
I never get called by NREIS! I've done tons of IREPs and a few times I've gotten a call asking if I had an office to conduct a signing in. I don't so they couldn't use me. I know they share the notary database, I wish they would find me!

It is somewhat of a hassle to get started with IREP; however, once you start working with them, it goes very smooth. I think you will find it worth the effort.

Re: yeah, but...Brenda
Don't let them low ball you. I know of 2 other notaries who make $95 a closing. It's through one of them, that I started working with IREP. I guess they figured they had to pay me the same they were paying her!
