I need some advice as soon as possible
I am e new in the business and after 2 months of searching the internet and registering with signing services as many as a could find on all the search engines I finally got the first call today and I am not quite sure what I have to do. They want me to notarize an Interspousal Transfer Deed on wich I have the names of the wife and the husband. Aren’t they suppose to be both at the signing to sign the paper? I called to confirm the appointment and I only find tha wife who said the husband is not going to be there? Please if you can help me with some advices I would appreciate it. The appointment is for 11 a.m.
Thank you.

Please put your state in your moniker
There is only one signer, because only one spouse is transferring ownership to the other spouse. I would be glad to look at it if you would like to fax it to me at 775-860-2933

Re: Please put your state in your moniker
I’ll send it to you. I did the signing and I want to know if I did something wrong. So only the wife was there and after talking with the signing company and the loan officer they decided that the husband will sign later. So I let her sign, I crossed the notarial wording from the document and I attached a loose certificate. She was the one transferring the ownership.
